Instructions for online submission of Application

  1. Please ensure that you have cleared all the institute dues.
  2.  It is mandatory to attend the convocation rehearsal one day before in Multi Purpose Hall of MMMUT, Gorakhpur
  3. For any queries, please contact Office of Controller of Examination, MMMUT, Gorakhpur or email to convocationexam@gmail.com. 
  4. Please collect your Uttaree & Pagadi before rehearsal on the payment basis. 
  5. The Uttaree & Pagadi Security money is Rs.500/ which will be deposited in concerned department in cash and will be refunded immediately after submission of Uttaree & Pagadi after convocation is over as per schedule notified on the day of convocation itself.
  6. Uttaree & Pagadi is to be received from concerned department after security deposition on one day before.
  7. The registration fee for attending the convocation-2025 in person is Rs. 200/ which will be deposited online through this portal.
  8. Always carry the convocation pass generated through this portal while coming in the campus.
  9. Portal will be active for the registration in convocation-2025 till August 22, 2025 (8:00PM)
  10. Degree will be provided to only those students who will register through this portal in time.
